Innovation Summits

GLI Cohorts convene in person for weeklong Innovation Summits, integrating faculty-led instruction with hands-on learning in diverse communities. Summits provide an immersive growth environment where Cohort Members master Design Thinking methodologies in collaboration with local organizational partners.

Innovation Summits

The Global Arts MBA Cohort participates in three in-person Innovation Summits — Spain, Patagonia, and Colombia. Supported by international faculty and mentors of world-class institutions, from Harvard University Business School and Rochester University to the EY Business Academy, GLI Fellows collaborate with local entrepreneurs across the selected communities and surrounding counties to support local impact-oriented businesses.

Special Exemption for Career Artists

The Global Arts MBA recognizes that across the sector, many of the highest-level career creatives (music prodigies, professional dancers, and others) have pursued their craft from a young age and therefore may not possess a conventional academic background.

The Admissions Committee acknowledges these exceptional career experiences where relevant as serving in place of the bachelor’s degree otherwise required for admission to The Global Arts MBA.

Candidates with this profile should slect "Other" for Highest Academic Degree.
