- Cohort Members departing after April 27 will arrange their own transportation.
- Cohort Members assigned in Designated Driver will receive a short confirmation via WhatsApp about the details of the driver.
- Cohort Members who have any change, update, or correction on their schedule, please contact the GLI admin ASAP.

This schedule is designed to provide the Enrolled Cohort Members with preliminary information about the flow of in-person activities within the Innovation Summit in Panguipulli, Chile. Please note that this is a dynamic document — details may evolve in the months ahead through further advance and on-site planning with the Local Partners and other partners on the ground. In the meantime, as Cohort Members consider plans, we hope this helps to convey a practical look at the experience and schedule of what to expect.

- Check-in begins at 1 PM on March 29th.
- If you don’t find your name on the check-in list or have any questions, please contact GLI Admin via WhatsApp.
- If you arrive before 1 PM on March 29th, you can leave your luggage and relax in the common areas until check-in opens.
- The location is CABAÑAS PARQUE DEL LAGO – 405 Juan Pablo II. Please text GLI Admin on WhatsApp 5 minutes before your arrival.
- If you arrive after March 29th, please go directly to CABAÑAS PARQUE DEL LAGO – 405 Juan Pablo II.
