The Global Leaders Institute (GLI), in partnership with Fondazione I Teatri, invites institutions, associations, businesses, and organizations based in Reggio Emilia that operate in the fields of culture, tourism, and education to apply for the Innovation Summit 2025: a week-long series of workshops designed to provide innovative tools and working methods to develop creative solutions for complex problems.
Up to 30 participants will be selected to join 40 international changemakers from the MBA in Arts Innovation program organized by the Global Leaders Institute. Together, they will embark on a skills-building journey aimed at designing effective and innovative solutions to address key local challenges.
Participants will be divided into working groups and will have the opportunity to work on case studies focused on local issues, applying innovative problem-solving techniques learned during the workshops.
Every year, the Global Leaders Institute’s MBA in Arts Innovation program welcomes 70 cultural sector changemakers from around the world to develop managerial skills, with the goal of fostering the growth of their organizations and increasing their impact within their communities.
The Innovation Summit in Reggio Emilia is organized in partnership with Fondazione I Teatri, in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia. Educational activities will be supported by Fondazione Fitzcarraldo.

Il Global Leaders Institute (GLI) in partnership con la Fondazione I Teatri invita le istituzioni, le associazioni, le imprese e le organizzazioni di Reggio Emilia che operano nel campo della cultura, del turismo e dell’educazione a candidarsi all’Innovation Summit 2025: una settimana di workshop con l’obiettivo di acquisire strumenti e metodi di lavoro innovativi per individuare soluzioni creative a problemi complessi.
Verranno selezionati fino a 30 partecipanti, che affiancheranno 40 changemaker internazionali provenienti dall’MBA in Arts Innovation, organizzato dal Global Leaders Institute in un percorso di acquisizione di competenze per progettare soluzioni efficaci e innovative, in grado di rispondere alle principali sfide del territorio.
I partecipanti verranno suddivisi in gruppi di lavoro e avranno la possibilità di lavorare su case study legati a tematiche locali, sperimentando tecniche innovative di problem solving acquisite durante il workshop.
Ogni anno il programma MBA in Arts Innovation del Global Leaders Institute, accoglie da tutto il mondo 70 changemaker del settore culturale per trasferire competenze manageriali con l’obiettivo di favorire la crescita delle organizzazioni in cui operano e il loro impatto sulle comunità di riferimento.
L’Innovation Summit a Reggio Emilia è organizzato in partnership con La Fondazione I Teatri, in collaborazione con l’Assessorato alla Cultura del Comune di Reggio Emilia. La Fondazione Fitzcarraldo coadiuverà l’attività didattica.

Eligibility
Institutions, associations, businesses, and organizations based in Reggio Emilia operating in the fields of culture, tourism, and education are eligible to apply.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge, but attendance is required for the entire duration of the program.
