Wanayran Alvarez Angere is a cultural agent, entrepreneur, and activist. The projects she leads on the ground span the globe from Thailand to Kenya to Honduras and include a range of founded social enterprises including Cultural Stopovers, Mujeres en las Artes, and Ponchos Wanayran.

Elisa Cubillan is an undergraduate student at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance and Operations. With a strong interest in investing, Cubillan serves on the board of Wharton Latino and works as a consultant with the Global Research Consulting Group.

Dr. Li Cuellar (PhD, MA) is a graduate of the Acumen leader fellowship program in Colombia and the Founding Director of Sentiido, which provides gender and sexual identity-based discrimination training.

Dr. Hannah Darroch (DM, MM) is the Principal Flute of the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. She earned her doctorate at McGill University and taught at the Schulich School of Music. Before her time at McGill, Darroch earned a Master’s at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Adam Eccleston (MA, MM) is a frequent soloist on international stages. A graduate of The New England Conservatory, Adam is the Program Director of Bravo Youth Orchestras, overseeing activities on six campuses.

Mark Gillespie (MM, MA, MBA) is co-founder of a range of national arts initiatives across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. CEO of The Orchestra of the Americas Group and a frequent consultant to global cultural start-ups, Gillespie is a League of American Orchestras fellow and Salzburg Global Seminar faculty.

Santiago Hernandez (MA) is a co-founder of MusicMuv. Hernandez earned a Master’s in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Management from University College London and graduated from Georgetown University Business School’s Global Competitiveness Leadership Program.

Cayla Inserra (MA) earned her Master’s in Arts Management from George Mason University and holds a BA in Music from The College of William and Mary. She previously held positions at the Washington Conservatory of Music and The Castleton Festival.

Piotr Jasiczek is a Computer Science graduate from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, specializing in application and web development, with a strong focus on digital accessibility.

Natalia Jimenez (MA) founded Al ComPAZ, a socially motivated music education program in Colombia. She holds a Master’s in Performing Arts Administration from New York University and is an Acumen Fellowship for Social Changemakers graduate.

Gosia Kuczmowska (MA) co-founded the Warsaw Winds+ Festival. She is a Jagiellonian University and the Bydgoszcz Music Academy graduate with 15+ years of management experience at Sinfonietta Cracovia, The Adam Mickiewitz Institute, and other arts institutions.
International Logistics Specialist
Dr. Toufic Maatouk (PhD, MA) is the Artistic Director of the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation. A Pontificio Istituto di Musica Sacra graduate in Rome, he served as General Secretary of the Antonine University in Beirut from 2017 to 2020 and Director of the Antonine School of Music from 2005 to 2017.

Laura Mendoza (MA) holds a Master’s in Business Management from the International Music Business School and Liceu de Barcelona Conservatory. She is a graduate of Javeriana University in music performance and a fellow of Lideres Emprendedores (2023) in arts innovation.

Felipe Orduz (MS) holds a Master’s in Public Management from Berlin’s Technical University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes. An Acument Fellow in social entrepreneurship, Orduz is co-founder of Disruptia and Coschool, a venture transforming Colombia’s education system.

Mariangela Quiroga (MFA) is a marketing specialist and photographer. Maria is the YEP Committee Co-Chair from the Hollywood Professional Association and a member of the Board in Somos CaPAZes. Before graduate school in fine arts, her undergraduate degree was in piano performance.

Mónica Ramirez (MBA) is the Director of CoCrea, a social and economic development engine in Colombia. With more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, she holds a Master of Business Administration from Bocconi with studies in International Business (Georgetown) and Global Change Agents (Harvard).

Tiffany Tieu 2024 Headshot

Tiffany Tieu is an accomplished educator and performer with over a decade of experience working in international programs, performing arts institutions, and higher education. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Cleveland Institute of Music, she is also a Fulbright Scholarship recipient and a graduate of the Global Leaders Institute MBA program.

Raul Vergara (MM) is a Curtis Institute of Music and Temple University graduate. Formerly Associate Principal Percussionist of the Seoul Philharmonic, Vergara is the Founder of the Latin American Center of Korea and several educational initiatives in his native Chile.

Deborah Wanderley dos Santos (ME) is an accomplished interdisciplinary professional in education, social entrepreneurship, music, and cognitive neuroscience. She completed her Master’s at Harvard University and MIT in Education Leadership and Entrepreneurship, focusing on Cognitive Sciences.

José Pedro Zenteno (MA) is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and NYU with music and arts leadership degrees. Based in New York, he sits on the board of two regional nonprofits and has completed advanced entrepreneurship and leadership coursework at Harvard and Oxford Universities.
