Admissions Coordinator

About the Role

Supports the Dean of Admissions and the GLI Admissions Committee in identifying, evaluating, and advancing exceptional arts leaders from across sectors into the Global Arts MBA. This position plays a central role in ensuring a rigorous, values-driven admissions process that reflects the Institute’s standards of excellence, innovation, and global reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Dean of Admissions in implementing a high-quality, strategic selection process.
  • Coordinate the review, evaluation, and advancement of applications, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and clarity at every stage.
  • Engage with professional networks, cultural institutions, and sector leaders to strengthen the pipeline of high-potential applicants.
  • Manage communications with candidates, ensuring an exceptional applicant experience that reflects GLI’s mission and ethos.
  • Lead strategic data analysis to inform decision-making and refine outreach strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of MBA interviews, committee deliberations, and candidate briefings.

The Admissions Committee acknowledges these exceptional career experiences where relevant as serving in place of the bachelor’s degree otherwise required for admission to The Global Arts MBA.
