Ireri Anaya Mugica is Founder of abra projects, a boutique agency that works to promote international cooperation and mobility for Mexican and Global South artists. Based in Mexico City and with a decade of professional dance experience, her work now focuses on advocacy and building support systems in the performing arts sector.
Amy Appleton is Project Director of Connected Arts Networks at the National Art Education Association. Originally from the US, Appleton leads interdisciplinary teams to design virtual professional learning communities for arts educators nationwide.
Lizzie Ball is a UK-born violinist, vocalist, and entrepreneur. With degrees from Cambridge and London conservatoires, she founded Classical Kicks to bring classical music to wider audiences, including a residency at Ronnie Scott’s. A leader and collaborator, she’s worked with Hugh Jackman and Liam Gallagher. She is also a Transformational Coach and the new Creative Co-Director of Ronnie Scott’s Classical.

Ariadna Saenz is a transdisciplinary artist and neuroscientist. Born in Brazil and raised in Spain, she is a multi-lingual pianist, composer, and dancer whose work has been performed internationally. She holds multiple degrees in piano performance and dance from institutions including The Royal Higher Conservatory of Music of Madrid and University of The Arts in Philadelphia. As a neuroscientist, she has conducted research on music and movement perception at Freie Universität Berlin and the Max Planck Institute. Her work explores human vulnerability and the political nature of performance, with the goal of fostering human connection.
